Mini has unveiled a range of new special editions, which span the majority of the brand’s line-up.
Bringing unique styling elements and additional standard equipment, the trio of special editions – called Resolute, Untold and Untamed – add a range of unique styling elements and enhance the models’ standard equipment levels.
Things kick off with the Mini Resolute Edition, which is available on the 3- and 5-Door Hatch models, along with the Electric and Convertible. These versions come painted in Rebel Green, a colour previously only available on the sportiest John Cooper Works models, while also featuring a Pepper White roof and door mirrors.
These models are also fully dechromed, while a range of styling details are finished in ‘Resolute Bronze’, including the headlight surrounds, radiator grille, door handles and tailgate. Piano Black lettering also features, while the version comes with gold-coloured stripes with ‘RESOLUTE’ lettering. Inside, it comes with black fabric and leatherette sports seats, special edition badging and a Nappa leather sports steering wheel.
Next up is the Untold special edition, which is exclusive to Mini’s funky Clubman. It’s the boldest of all of these new models, as it comes painted in Sage Green – a new colour for this car – and gets styling inspired by the John Cooper Works. The usual black plastic trim surrounds also come in a contrasting shade of green, while it gets a distinctive set of 18-inch alloy wheels finished in a brass-like colour.
The same shade is also used for the grille surround, cross bar and rear lettering, while customers can also choose a black-painted roof. Inside, the leather seats are also trimmed in Sage Green, with the colour also used for the interior lighting. Adaptive LED headlights and Mini Driving Modes – usually optional extras – are both included too.
Last up is the Untamed Edition, which is bespoke to the Countryman SUV. Available across a range of petrol options, along with the plug-in hybrid, the model comes painted in Momentum Grey, while also getting bold diagonal stripes at the bottom of the doors, and a range of Piano Black styling elements.
Inside, the Untamed model’s seats are trimmed in exclusive Highland Green with green and blue contrasting edition, though Carbon Black can be specified as a safer alternative. A ‘landscape pattern’ is also printed in the interior inlays.
Prices for the models start from £22,040 for the Resolute Edition, £28,400 for the Untold Edition and £29,750 for the Untamed Edition. All versions are now available to order.
