There are excellent diesel engines which are the better all round bet but the 1.8-litre petrol unit is the fastest. The 133bhp unit clears 60mph in 10.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 124mph.Emissions The strongest engine in the Stilo’s range is the 1.9-litre MultiJet unit. As well as being one of the faster in the line-up, the 120bhp unit returns 50mpg on a combined cycle and emits a range-low 148g/km in CO2. That’s not that impressive in relation to alternatives on the market but it’s the standout in the range.Driving As you’d expect, there’s lots of bodyroll with the Stilo Multiwagon courtesy of its bulk and soft suspension. On the motorway, it’s a decent cruiser but its washy ride will grate around town.Feel The Stilo Multiwagon comes with a soft suspension setup which means it wallows around corners.
